When I will buy products and services online, I’ll try to see to it that this company is having toll free phone numbers. This is because, I want to make sure that when I will make some inquiries with regards to the things I purchased, and I want to enjoy a free phone service. Long distance is such an expensive thing to have these days, so I want a company which offers free vanity number. Also, this kind of number is such a comfy thing to use most especially when the customer supports are friendly, polite and will answer quick. Anyway, this is one positive aspect for any business.
Though, I know of a person who is using a vanity number for his personal use. But at first, I couldn’t believe that 800 numbers is also good for that purpose. Until, my husband tried to call that particular number and ask the one who answered if he knew a particular person. And it’s so funny that who answered is the owner. So, I guess, vanity or 800 numbers is not only applicable for businesses but also for personal/family use.
So, for those companies and businesses that need to have a good connection with potential customers or those some existing customers, it’s good to own an 800 phone number. This is one of the best things to offer for everybody. And for those individuals who want to use 800 numbers for personal or family use, it’s good also to own this one. At least relatives and friends can easily keep in touch for free!
