Online course
I can remember that my company on which I worked before gave online learning system to those deserving employees in every department. The management just personalized the learning networks which those employees applied on their jobs right after finishing it. And true enough, those who graduated the online courses performed well and were more effective on their jobs.
I can say that online courses are the answer to learning more which would result to advancement in any work and promotions as well in the present company. When working, there will not be much time in going to the school, so studying online is so handy to anyone or to any companies who want to help their employees to be more effective in their work.
As per my experience, I appreciated my bosses before for being so generous with those good employees. And the result was they profited a lot because the company was famous for of the employees were skilled.
