My transaction with E-PinoyPinay.com
I mentioned in my earlier post that I bought a card from http://www.e-pinoypinay.com. But early in the morning I didn’t get an email yet. So I tried to send an email their customer support and then I got a call before noon. The CS asked my home address so I gave it to her and she sent me an email confirming my order of one phone card plus the pin. But I wanted to order more as what I promised on my first email to them. The problem: I don’t have my password. I tried to encode something but when I read closely it’s the pin for my phone card. SMILE! Silly me! I planned to send an email to the customer service again. Until I tried and tried of request for a new password and on my 5th request, they sent me an email containing my first password. SMILES! So I proceeded in ordering another phone cards and this time I ordered 4 pieces (Hello Asia). And despite of me having a hard time with my password but I find a bit convenience with their service for there’s no need for me to copy anything. Instead, I just printed my 5 phone cards through their virtual card button. And I after several seconds I got the print out. Whew! And oh, well, I’m just hoping this Hello Asia card will give me the right minutes for I tried to use this early this year and they just gave me 5 minutes for 1 card. I don’t know if the problem was with them or with the telephone line that I called up in the Philippines. Well, I’ll just cross my fingers with them giving me good minutes of air-time.
