Egg, cow’s milk, and peanut free cake
It is the 10th birthday of my son and since he has allergies, I cannot just buy cake from the store. I invented a cake recipe that is free of egg, peanuts, and cow’s milk. The cake mix is also safe for him (no peanuts, eggs, milk and it is not processed in a facility with nuts). Though, I don’t have the right cake decoration but the thought of having a cake during the birthday would be okay. He’s being happy with it though. I wish I was not that busy earning few cents in a day, I would probably prepare more and if I have more savings, I would probably have more for him. Anyway, he wants a white frosting and that’s it. Happy Birthday to my one and only son!
Ingredients:
Betty Crocker chocolate cake mix
3pcs banana – blended
water or soy milk
Cooked 375F for about 30-45 minutes
Put frosting.
