OKAY, I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW HOW ANGRY AND HOW DISSATISFIED I AM WITH YOUR SERVICES.
I AM JUST A SMALL RESELLER TRYING TO HELP MY CLIENTS, AND YOU ARE DOING THIS TO ME.
I AM NOT COMMERCIALIZING MY RESELLER COZ I AM JUST HOSTING THE CLIENTS THAT DO NOT WANT TO SEPARATE FROM ME BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE WITH ME AS MY HELP IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO THEME ANYTIME THEY NEED ME.

• First – You deleted the auto installer because you said you are not offering the RESELLER package – it’s okay I still believe in UR COMPANY coz ur servers are reliable and secure even if it’s a bit slower compared to the other web hosting companies that I’ve tried (server used: AMD Opteron). In fact, I am promoting you and defending you to those who will degrade your company.
• 2nd – You disabled the adding of domains in a cpanel.
  It’s okay, I can create cpanels for new domains that my hosted clients want to add to their cpanels because that was what I offered them. I still believe in UR COMPANY anyways.
• 3rd – You disabled the creation of new accounts in the WHM instead, to create the new accounts using the reseller tools. It’s fine coz I can still create new cpanels, ANYWAY. I still trust UR COMPANY coz I DO BELIEVE ALL MY FILES ARE SAFE.
• 4th – You disabled the feature of WMH – The terminating of suspended or unwanted cpanels. Well, I have good patience with regards to web hosting, and I still trust UR COMPANY, ANYWAY.
• 5TH – I am having a hard time synchronizing my manually uploaded/installed WP script to my manually created database. It won’t sync, so I have to upload a certain file MANUALLY IN PHPMYADMIN. AND THE RESULT – THE WEBSITE KEEPS ON HAVING ERRORS. But for me, it’s okay, I still TRUST UR COMPANY.
• 6th and the WORST PART – YOU DELETED MY RESELLER (HEARTBREAKING! DEPRESSING!)

I HOPE YOU WILL NOT DO THIS TO OTHER SMALL RESELLER OR SMALL PEOPLE LIKE ME.
I HOPE YOU CAN IMPROVE MORE ON YOUR SERVICES FOR OTHERS SO THAT YOU CANNOT CAUSE HEART ATTACKS AND DEPRESSIONS.
YOU KNOW HOW MANY NIGHTS I CRIED BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DID TO MY RESELLER? AND NOW I AM STILL CRYING DEEP WITHIN!
IT’S DISGUSTING THING THAT YOU JUST DELETED WITHOUT ANY NOTICE.
IF YOU JUST SEND ME NOTICE THAT I NEED TO TRANSFER ALL MY RESOLD ACCOUNTS BECAUSE YOU DON’T WANT TO HOST SMALL RESELLER, THAT WILL BE OKAY WITH ME, I CAN TRANSFER IT.
I JUST NEED ALL MY FILES BACK BECAUSE MOST OF THOSE FILES WERE MORE THAN 10 YEARS OR ALMOST 10 YEARS ALREADY.
I CANNOT ACCEPT THE WORDS “NO HOPE” OF RETRIEVING THE OTHER FILES BECAUSE I TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY TO KEEP MY FILES SAFE.

NOTE:
EVEN WITH WHAT YOU DID TO ME AND MY RESELLER, I STILL BELIEVE IN UR COMPANY- THAT YOU CAN RESTORE ALL OF MY RESOLD ACCOUNTS ESPECIALLY THE ACTIVE ACCOUNTS.

NO NEED TO MENTION THE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO DEGRADE YOU OR SAY ANY NEGATIVE THINGS ABOUT YOUR SERVICES. YOU ALREADY KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I WILL JUST LET OTHER SUBSCRIBERS DISCOVER IT THEMSELVES!

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE YEARS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO KEEP MY FILES. NOW THAT YOU DELETED EVERYTHING, IT’S THE RIGHT TIME TO SAY GOODBYE FOR GOOD. ALTHOUGH, YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST TO RETRIEVE WHATEVER YOU CAN RETRIEVE BUT I CANNOT TAKE IT ANYMORE. GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS.
