My Exp with WP themes :)
I have a new WP platform blog and since I’m not finished in customizing my theme, I activated themes one at a time. There’s one theme that I like but I didn’t know that when I will activate it, it would damage my site. I also forgot to export some files just in case something will happen I will be having a thing to import. But there is one thing I should have done, open link in a new tab or open link in a new window. If I did that, and know that my site is distorted with that theme, I could easily use the first browser to activate another theme. But it’s too late for no matter how hard I tried to hit the back button I can’t open my site since it’s distorted with that theme. WP platform is one of the best but there are some themes that are offered for free that will destroy the whole blog site. Though there are just few themes that will distort the whole blog and most of the WP themes are fine. Anyway, my first encounter with themes that will damage the whole blog was with the site of my friend which I happened to be the host and that site was distorted with one particular theme that she activated and the only way to solve the problem was to uninstall and reinstall the whole blog. Good thing she had an imported files. And my second experience is recently with my own blog. So much lessons in blogging and I’m so thankful that I’ve encountered such things.
