Let them wear whatever they want
Living in a country that has four seasons, you will not care what you will wear when summer comes. All you have to do is to enjoy the hot weather because it won’t last for a long time. Cold months are longer than the warm months, and so it’s the reason why most women chose to wear skimpy clothes.
Wearing short shorts means they want to enjoy the warm days and that’s it. They have the right to wear whatever they want for as long as they are not naked. People don’t care whether they have nice flawless skin when summer comes. They just want to enjoy the hot days. SO, LET THEM ENJOY! If you are bothered with what they are wearing, then, don’t look at them.
