Trimming down my weight


I am always frustrated with trimming down my body weight because for a long time I am stuck with this particular weight. I want to lose at least 25lbs to 30lbs. Now, today, I tried to use my stepper once again. I used the count per calories burned. I did make 1396 counts, which were equal to 193 calories burned, but then right after finishing my exercise, I ate almost 10 mini bars of chocolates. HAYYYY sweets it is always sweet for my appetite and sweet for my weight gain. GRRR!
