20 minutes waiting time with host gator
This is my experience right now with host gator dot com. Their support years ago is not the same as what I experienced right now. I hope they can reply as soon as possible coz I need a full access to the web hosting that I just purchased. I just need to set up few of my domains in this new hosting to separate from my other one with the other company. Anyway, I am patiently waiting though. I know I can have my turn in no time.
