Yes, forgiving and forgetting is the right thing to do. But the mind doesn’t want to do it. It keeps on flashing things back from the past. Every time you experience this just be thankful for the lesson instead and be grateful for such experiences. Life needs to be lived forward not backward. That is all a person needs.
