So this means that we need to guard our thoughts. Failure to do so will result in depression and other problems. If we are feeling negative, it means that we are thinking negative thoughts. When we can detect that we are feeling negative, it’s when there’s a need that we need to change our thoughts into positive to feel positive again.

But then again, it’s all our choice to feel what we want to feel in every moment of our lives.
